At present, China only allows mung beans from Uzbekistan, Ethiopia, Australian, Denmark, Burma, Thailand, India, Indonesia and Vietnam to import.
What documents are required for China import customs clearance of mung beans?
1.Certificate of origin
2.Phytosanitary certificate
3.Packing list, invoice, contract and bill of lading
4.Quarantine permit for entry animals and plants
5.Fumigation certificate if the shipment has wooden pallets
When the customs clearance is done, the mung beans shall enter the warehouse as shown on the quarantine permit to accept further flow supervision.
What qualifications the exporter and importer of mung beans shall have?
1.The importer/consignee in China shall have import & export right
2.The manufacturer shall have been registered at China customs system
3.The importer shall have processing plant or warehouse that has enough capacity to store the imported mung beans.
